Anthony Arms Rehab

Built in 1968, this project was extensively renovated as part of this redevelopment. It consists of (60) apartments and a new (3,600) square foot Community Building. Improvements included a gated entrance, extensive landscaping with retaining walls, new playground equipment, gazebos, picnic gathering areas with BBQ grilles, fitness room, computer center, library and many other updated features. Unit improvements include: microwave, garbage disposal, ice maker, dishwasher, separate dining room, washer/dryer connection, ceiling fan in all bedrooms, and Energy Efficient HVAC systems.
