Crestview Village Rehab

This complex is one of a group of (7) complexes acquired by the National Equity Fund and rehabilitated through the tax credit program administered through the Missouri Housing Development Commission.  Wallace Architects worked closely with management to insure funds were used to maximize property value and tenant appeal.
