Originally constructed in 1903 as a grade school, through adaptive reuse, this facility is now home for (46) senior residents. Many improvements were made to maintain the historic appearance of the facility as required by the Landmarks Commission, including energy efficient windows.
Class room doors, lockers and slate blackboards were retained and incorporated into the hallway finishes or apartment interiors. The auditorium was renovated and residents are frequently entertained while in their main floor or balcony seats.
