Greystone Place contains (31) apartments for seniors and is housed within this historic school building which was the Senior High School for the Neosho school district and was also the Junior High School for a period of time.
As this was a historic renovation, the National Parks Service recommendations for maintaining significant historic features were followed. Smaller details include apartments with original chalk boards and lockers preserved in the entry way.
